About The Que Equipazo Paintball Team

Started in April of 2009, The Que Equipazo Paintball Team is committed to expanding and progressing as a team in every aspect possible.  We bring a high energy and fun attitude to the game yet play our fullest every time we step on the field.  We chose this name for its meaning.  "Que Equipazo" is a spanish phrase which means “What a great team”.

Our goal is to provide the pastime that is paintball to children of all ages, allowing them to remain focused on a team sport to keep them in shape, off the streets and involved in an organizational program.

Team Objectives

Our primary objective is to positively promote the sport of paintball to new and experienced players.  As a team, our goal is to constantly improve and establish The Que Equipazo Paintball Team as one of the best teams in each tournament series division in which we compete.  We are committed to practicing 1 time per week, as well as consistently participating in local and regional tournaments.  We hope to serve as a team that players and fans view as a positive influence to the sport, as well as a team for younger and newer players to look up to.

We hope to expand our roster to 30+ players with 4 divisions: Intermediate, Rookie, Beginner and Young Guns to build and maintain our reputation as a solid team with good ethics and a strong ability to compete.  To be diverse.  By playing as many teams as we can outside of the tournament arena and to play as many fields as we can, so that we are not too comfortable at our home field.  The Que Equipazo Paintball Team is committed to performing well, upholding a good reputation, and promoting our sponsors.

Team Expectations

The individual players on The Que Equipazo Paintball Team come from diversified backgrounds and professions, including Computer Profesionals, Business Owners, Truck & Bus Drivers, Home & Building Improvement Professionals, Students, and Bank Tellers.  Professionalism resides in each of us, which we illustrate it on a daily basis both in our social and work lives, and on the paintball field.  With that in mind, we are committed to portraying a positive image for our sponsors and ourselves.
